Admins and moderators may use the defcon command as follows:

/defcon [level]

Each level includes the effects of the levels below it.

  1. Disallow new accounts from being registered
  2. Only registered users may create and join matches
  3. Only registered users may chat and set custom match titles
  4. Warning message is broadcast to all users that connect or are already connected
  5. Normal operation
