Hi,
Just discovered the app. Looks interesting. However, I didn't find if it's possible to set up various intervals during 1 meditation session.
Let's say a session's duration is 1 hour. During first 15 minutes I practise 1 meditation technique, followed by main interval of 40 minutes, and 5 minutes of final technique.
So, I need to set up the following notification sounds:
0m - start of the session, 1st technique
15m - start of 2nd technique
55m - start of 3rd final technique
60m - finish of the session.
Is it possible to do so?
Thank you.

Thanks @mcwheel. This isn't currently possible but I would be glad to include such a feature in a future release. In the mean time, figuring out the best way to represent a more complex session's intervals would be helpful. When I picture such an interface, here are my first thoughts:
+0:15
or-0:20
(15 minutes after session has started or 20 minutes before it has ended)0:15
(every 15 minutes)Thank you @tslocum! That would be really awesome feature. With metta.

Hi @tslocum, I was thinking on another option:
Every weekend we do 1-day self retreats 6 to 8 hours length. I was thinking what if additionally to the suggested feature could be another feature to automatically schedule intervals between meditation sessions?
What do you think?
With metta.
Hey @mcwheel, I do like that feature and Meditation Assistant originally included a daily reminder if you hadn't meditated yet by a certain time of day. Unfortunately Google now requires that applications stay running to set the kind of alarms that are necessary for such a feature.
I hope that there are applications out there (also open source perhaps?) which are designed for the purpose of reminding users of something if it hasn't been done yet, which could replace this missing feature. If you find such an application, please let me know, and I will link to it for others who want reminders for their sessions.
Oh, sorry, I think I wasn't clear enough. I'm not talking on the reminders. I'm talking more about loooooooooong session that consists of smaller sessions. Let's say we have 1day retreats: we meditate 50mins, then 10mins break, then again 50mins, then again 10mins break etc. And 6 to 8 hours like that.
Actually I have just realised that nothing stops me from using one session with different notification intervals.... The length of such session will be just 6 to 8 hours with different intervals :)

I've looked into this and found it would be a complex addition. I am willing to work on this if there are other users who would find it helpful, otherwise using another app to schedule the session start times seems best.
